NETWORK MONITORING SERVICES
To ensure reliable infrastructure and minimising any downtime or incidents pre-emptive maintenance programs are an essential function for any business or user.

Pre Emptive Maintenance Programs
All mechanical devices, including computers whether desktops, laptops or high end servers all require regular maintenance schedules to ensure that they continue to operate at optimum performance levels. The majority of all or potential issues can be identified and avoided with a proactive maintenance program customised for your needs from Planet.
If you do not have an internal IT team that can perform these tasks on a regular basis we strongly recommend you consider this ongoing service.
Remote Monitoring
One of the most advantageous procedures of remote support is our ability to monitor the status of your network 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
By utilising our monitoring software and remote access tools we are not only alerted to an issue when it arises, we can access your server or any workstation and focus on fixing the issue promptly. The good news is that approximately 85% of all tasks conducted onsite can be performed via our remote service.

System Health Checks
While each and every network is different, a standard set of tasks can be established and performed on predetermined schedules including thorough checks on Hardware and Software, Operating Systems and Updates, Hard Disks, Antivirus and Updates, Email, Firewall, UPS and all general aspects of your technology infrastructure. Reports are then prepared in detail together with statistics and graphs, and recommendations listed in order of priority together with substantiation of fixed expenditure.
These System Health Checks can be scheduled Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually or Annually.
SHORT TERM CONTRACTS
Skilled Planet Systems Engineers are available when you need them - for as long as you need them.
